Terms of Service

1. The service

SchedulSmart (operated by AppifyCommerce, “we”) is a social-media scheduling tool: you connect your own social accounts, compose posts, and we publish them to those accounts at the time you choose. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

2. Your accounts and content

You may only connect social accounts you own or are authorized to manage. The content you post remains yours, and you are responsible for it — including its compliance with the rules of each social network it is published to. We publish on your behalf only what you compose and approve in the product; we never post anything you did not schedule.

3. Third-party platforms

Publishing depends on the APIs of the social networks you connect (for example Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, and YouTube). Those platforms may change or revoke API access, apply their own content policies, or rate-limit publishing; we are not responsible for platform-side rejections or outages. Disconnecting a channel in Settings revokes our access to it, and you can additionally revoke access from the platform's own security settings.

4. Billing

Paid plans are billed as subscriptions through Razorpay. Prices and plan limits are shown on the pricing page. You can cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use SchedulSmart to publish content that is unlawful, that infringes others' rights, or that violates the policies of the destination platform (including spam or artificial engagement). We may suspend accounts that do.

6. Availability and liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
